Below please find answers to frequently asked technical questions about our wedding websites.
My photos don't fit perfectly into the design.
The perfect image size for your photos can be found under the 'photos' tab. Any image you upload that isn't that size will be automatically resized to fit into the area. If the proportion of your image is different than the space it fills, your image may not display properly. For example, if you upload a wide photo into a template designed for tall photos, there will be space above and below the image to make it fit.
To avoid this, we recommend resizing your photos to the perfect size for that design. You can achieve this with our online image editor or, for even better results, a free image editing program like IrfanView.
Please keep in mind when switching templates, you may need to upload new photos from the 'library' tab to ensure the default images are the proper size for your new design.
I cannot upload a song.
You can only upload MP3 files to your wedOrama site. If you bought a song at iTunes or if it is on a CD, you must convert it to an MP3 file first.
I've uploaded a new song, but the old song continues to play.
Some browsers keep files loaded on your computer to allow faster web browsing. Chances are that your old song is 'cached' on your computer. Your new song is actually uploaded onto the Internet, but the old song is being played from your computer. Try clearing temporary files or quitting your web browser.
I'm not receiving any of my RSVPs
Check your junk e-mail folder. Many programs catagorize automatically generated e-mails as junk. If that isn't the issue, double-check the e-mail address that you have entered for your wedOrama site.
